Problems

I have Windows 10 and am having issues with the Underlay feature. When I select 'Underlay' the entire programme freezes and I have no option but to close the application. I have tried reverting back to old updates of Windows 10 to see if that is the issue but it didn't correct the problem. I have also tried opening an old pattern that has an underlay already within the pattern, but even then the application freezes when I try to use any of the underlay buttons.

Does anyone else have this issue or know what else I can try to resolve it? I have used the underlay feature before fine and it only within the last couple of weeks that it has been unusable.

  Since you can't open your old pattern, I would try reinstalling Adobe Acrobat PDF as it sounds like it may have become corrupted. I'm running on the latest Windows 10 updates and just tested on Chrome and Edge and it is working fine.

    I just retested after setting Adobe Acrobat as my default. It seems that I or Microsoft switched my default to their PDF viewer but both worked fine for me.

      Hi Rick,

      I don't actually have Adobe Acrobat installed on my PC. I don't have an issue opening any patterns or saving them as PDFs, the only issue I have is with the Underlay option which is freezing the programme for some reason.

        So after clicking the More Options button, which button specifically freezes? Is it Select Picture? Update?
