Placement error! Help!

Can't believe this happened...working on a Christmas stocking and suddenly can see I am off center on the Aida fabric for the project! It looks as if the space needed for the toe will be insufficient. Is there any way to "add" fabric??

    I just figured out I have the same problem. I'm wondering about using waste canvas over another piece of the material butted up to the stocking piece and stitching a design at the seam. Go to top
