  Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you are saying, but all of the Anchor numbers listed can be purchased from http://www.123stitch.com/ with the exception of 820 which may be a discontinued color. That color is listed as wheat on other sites. Go to top

      Looking at their order page, it appears that they do as they allow you to select a Country from the shopping cart to select the shipping charges. They also have a toll-free number and email address on their contact page:
