Cross stitch colored pencils?

I was wanting to color code some patterns to see what they look like done before I do the pattern. I was wondering if there are any colored pencils using the DMC colors.

    Prismacolor manufactures professional quality colored pencils but they are *very* expensive and the last I knew, they only had 100 colors. Of course, that was over 20 years ago. But I still see sets of 80 or so in the craft store's art section. You may see if that would be an option for you. Go to top
