Robin Clark's Twelve Days of Christmas Pattern

I would love to purchase a copy of Robin Clark's "Twelve Days of Christmas" pattern. It was first published in 2002, and even though I have a lot of old pattern books, I don't have that one. It was in the magazine called Better Homes and Gardens Cross Stitch Christmas. I want to make a set for each of my grandchildren. Thanks to anyone who can help.
