Hello. I am looking for the above kit offered in the cross stitch and country crafts magazine marketplace around 1990-92. Had a kit with pattern and it was with home items stolen from home. I need to recreate daughter’s Christmas stocking. Thanks for any help and consideration. Melody

    I've been unable to find any information regarding the kit you are looking for. I would suggest you check Etsy.com or Ebay.com from time to time to see if it comes up for sale.

    Greetings Melody,

    I am not sure if the pattern you are referring to in Cross Stitch and Country Crafts magazine is the one of a yellow and violet pansies with a heart shape wreath. A second design is a rose also in a heart shape wreath. The designer is Roberta Madeleine. Christmas stocking designs are usually in the July/August issues. I am wondering if the issue you are looking for is the July/August 1992 issue. However, there is no kit number. In addition there is a nice quote on the page where the pattern appears, "I feel a kinship with all those who have left records of their lives through their needlework....."
