Artiste/Zweigart Conversion to DMC

Does anyone know of a conversion chart from Artiste/Zweigart to DMC? I am working on a kit from Artiste and I'm running out of floss!!

    I've been unable to find a conversion for Artiste floss. I would suggest you buy a DMC color card with the actual samples to match up this floss. I've heard you can buy this card on DMC's website and may not be available through local retailers. Or, you could contact Zweigart at the following link:
