Luca-S Anchor Floss to DMC

Hi, does anyone know of a way to convert the Anchor floss supplied in a Luca-S kit to DMC? Or to identify what the Anchor numbers are? They don't list the names/numbers of the floss, just the chart symbols appear on the cards of floss. I've emailed them asking them to ID the floss for me, but no response. I have to stitch on larger fabric and I'm afraid I'll run out of the Anchor, but have all of the DMC colors, but would order more Anchor if I knew what to order. Any suggestions appreciated.

    I've been unable to find a conversion for Luca-S floss from the kit. I would suggest you buy a DMC color card with the actual samples to match up this floss. I've heard you can buy this card on DMC's website and may not be available through local retailers.

    Hi, I just wanted to provide an update. After 2 requests (I think the first one got lost in the holidays) Luca-S provided me with a detailed symbol list with numbers of all the Anchor floss used in the kit. Go to top

      If you go into 123 stitch msg bd, on the right hand side there is a tab marked free and fun. click on that and you will see a conversion anchor to dmc. hope this helps Go to top

        A conversion for her kit won't help you unless you are working on the same project. I just started my 2nd Luca-S project and the new project codes do not match the same 1st project code colors. The color for the code ?? doesn't match between the projects... Pink on 1st project and brown on 2nd project. I recommend contacting Luca-S directly for your particular project. Go to top
