I have a copy of A Norwich Sampler by The Examplarery with a 1990 copyright. The floss list is DMC, however the designers used names of the DMC colours instead of numbers, such as "Dark Old Gold". Is there a conversion chart anywhere, maybe from DMC itself, which will be able to tell me what numbers correspond to the colour names? If anyone has done this sampler, could you provide a list of the flosses you used even if not DMC? Many, many thanks.
