Conversion chart

I have been trying to print your conversion chart pages 1-7. DMC TO Anchor but when I go to print it it only shows the first 2 1/2 pages and that’s all I can’t get the other ones to come up at all I’ve tried everything is there is there something I’m doing wrong or is there a way I can get this printed out sent to me

    Judy,
    Before printing, are you clicking the "Printer Friendly Version" button at the top right of the table header? That should allow you to print all pages although I see there are some issues with a couple of blank pages at the start I need to fix. If you ARE clicking that, then can you tell me what browser you are using?
